ISO 9002 is a Quality Management System (QMS). We at Sloane Cleaning Services were awarded our ISO 9002 Quality Management Certificate in 1993 and have held this ever since.

The idea behind ISO 9002 is to provide us with a systematic framework to ensure we actually do what we say we are going to do to ensure quality standards are met.

For example, part of our quality system says that we check the cleaning quality of all of our clients once per week, so we note, date and provide comments on our database… you get the idea.

This IS0 9002 system also extends to our green policy to ensure we are aware of our responsibility to reduce our impact on the environment.
